You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings on axiomedge.io or csanalytics.app. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Subscription Services: Due to the digital nature of the services provided, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. CS Analytics LLC does not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
Accidental Charges: If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction date.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe and automatically applied to your original payment method. Most refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
We encourage our users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
