1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using axiomedge.io and csanalytics.app (collectively, the "Services"), provided by CS Analytics LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, USA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Services immediately.

2. Description of Service

The Services provided include, but are not limited to, data analytics tools, software-as-a-service platforms, and digital reporting assets. CS Analytics LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that the information provided is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Billing: Certain parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
• Payment Processor: All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all software, source code, data visualizations, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of CS Analytics LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your internal business purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with the performance of the Services, or access the Services to build a competitive product.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the Services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.
